We do not know how, what, or where they use the data. Thus we are Indemnified and not liable for any compliance lawsuits or issues related to our clients, their partners, or their customers.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

We do not specifically market to, or knowingly collect information from, children under 13, and our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age.  No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Website. CAN SPAM Act
