TitleTap makes available the free version of an optional third-party accessibility widget from UserWay. UserWay is offered subject to UserWay’s Terms and Conditions, EULA, Privacy Policy, Accessibility Statement, Privacy Policy, and Compliance guidelines and is not independently endorsed by TitleTap.
When you subscribe to TitleTap web services, you are given the opportunity to opt-out of the free UserWay widget, if you already employ a webpage accessibility tool. You can opt to use your own accessibility widget, whether proprietary or third-party generated, so long as it is compatible with TitleTap’s platform and not intrusive of TitleTap’s proprietary intellectual properties.
Because (i) the scope of website accessibility is a developing area of law, (ii) TitleTap cannot render legal advice, and (iii) our Customers are ultimately responsible for legal compliance of their services to their customers, TitleTap is unable to guarantee full website accessibility compliance and instead allows its Customers to make these accessibility decisions.
